Customer loyalty specialist with a disruptive approach to customer acquisition and retention, growth marketing, and audience targeting to elevate email marketing and customer loyalty strategies This is a new role for Sierra Nevada, offering an opportunity to work closely alongside leadership to design and implement a dynamic loyalty program that uses new and existing technologies to elevate new customer acquisition and loyalist retention. We’re looking for someone with Klaviyo expertise who can show us how email marketing meshes with both in-store and DTC storefronts onshopify. What are you going to do?

The email marketing strategy for Sierra Nevada and the emerging innovation portfolio should be expanded using Klaviyo ESP.
Email marketing calendars are managed with a cross-functional team to guide email campaigns, email flow strategy, copy and deployment. The long-term strategy for email marketing should align with the email marketing calendar.
Integration of third-party loyalty software is a requirement for the design, integration, and launch of a new dynamic loyalty program.
Thought partner with digital marketing leadership to redesign website properties to support long-term customer acquisition.
The lead generation strategy should be implemented to increase sign ups in both email and text message campaigns.
Lead the implementation of a pilot customer loyalty program.
Email marketing copy and campaign design templates can be written and edited by internal and external partners. Digital copy for web properties is supported.
Email and text communication should be aligned with brand objectives.
Performance tracking and A/B tests are required for email campaigns. Expertise and experience in ESP.
Digital teams can partner with brand marketers to execute promotional email messages.

A bachelor’s degree is required.

Customer acquisition/retention, growth marketing, customer loyalty and membership programs, and email marketing are required for three years.

A person with a passion for beer, beverage and working in an innovative channel.
3-6 years of customer acquisition/retention, management consulting, loyalty programs and brand management.
A complete understanding of the Klaviyo ESP platform includes campaign/flow creation, A/B testing, andshopify integration. The platform experience is good.
Performance-based financial and growth marketing reporting is something that must be taken ownership of by the person.
A demonstrated ability to direct the analysis of, interpret results for, and drive action from key performance indicators around audience targeting and engagement, campaign conversion, incremental revenue growth for allshopify retail channels and growth marketing economics.
A savvy customer loyalty specialist has the ability to think outside the box.
A self-starter takes initiative and is comfortable with changing strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are what I have.
