The Best Online Advertising to be Recognized by Web Marketing Association
The Web Marketing Association is calling for entries for the 21st annual Internet Advertising Competition. The IAC Awards are dedicated to online advertising. All forms of online advertising, including email, page-based ads, online newsletters, mobile apps, websites, video, social media and voice skills, will be evaluated by this international award program. The Internet Advertising Competition Awards are open to everyone involved in the development of internet advertising. There is a way to submit entries online at theiacaward.org. The deadline for entry is January 31, 2023, and the judges will be looking at creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting, and use of the medium.
Awards will be presented in each of the categories and advertising formats, including:- Best Social Media Campaign- Best Online ad & Campaign (including banner, pop-up or interstitial)- Best Email message & Campaign- Best Online newsletter & Campaign- Best Website The period from January 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023 is when the ads must have run.
Agencies that win multiple awards will be considered for the Top Agency Award. Each entrant will receive points for each award they receive. The Best of Show will be worth 5 points, the Best of Industry 3 points and the Outstanding Award 1 point. The agency with the most points will win the top award. Agencies that win an IAC Award will be included in the database.
Agencies that win more than 6 awards will be recognized with an Outstanding Advertising Developer award from the web marketing association. Four agencies won this honor in 2021. A group of internet advertising professionals with an in-depth understanding of the current state-of-the-art in Web advertising will be the judges. Top executives from Arc Worldwide, Beeby Clark+Meyler, Brunner Digital, Campbell-Ewald, CNN, Deep Interactive Asia, Digitas, EuroRSCG 4D, and IBM Interactive have all been judges in the past.
